Who Should Attend:

This course is designed for engineering staff, maintenance staff, and plant supervisors who have had some Citect configuration experience.
 

Course Description:

The course introduces advanced Citect features and configuration techniques. It is a hands-on course, which includes plant control and monitoring using Cicode programming language.

Course documentation and a copy of the project developed during the course will be supplied.
 

Course Outline:

Introduction to Cicode, Cicode Debugger, Variable Operators, Technical Notes, Cicode Functions, Program Structure, Cicode Editor, Example Program, Conditional Executors, SQL, Citect and ODBC.
 

Prerequisites:

It is essential that students are familiar with Windows operating systems and have attended a System Configuration Course or have a good working knowledge of Citect. An understanding of PLC communication is also required.
